Michelle greets each client with a warm reception in her role as our Director of First Impressions. She treats everyone she encounters with respect and care, helping them to feel like part of the family.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Divinity. Her education and experience helped her develop patience, empathy and compassion and honed her listening skills, allowing her to connect deeply with clients in a meaningful way.
